From launching a size-inclusive lingerie line to highlighting the need for more diversity in the world of beauty, Rihanna has never shied away from breaking with convention.
And now the popstar-turned-multitasking business mogul is giving fans a glimpse into her life via a “visual autobiography” that won’t feature any actual words.
Simple titled Rihanna, the 504-page hardback tome will feature over 1,000 pictures of the star, including never-been-seen-before intimate images.
“I am so excited to share this collection of incredible images. I’m very grateful to the talented photographers and artists who contributed. We’ve been working on the book for over five years and I’m really happy to be able to finally share it with everybody,” Rihanna said of its release.
And on Instagram, the Barbadian teased pages of the book with her followers in a short video.
Mega fans can bag themselves luxury signed versions that have been created with American designers, The Haas Brothers.
Rihanna: Luxury Supreme, comes with a gold resin "Drippy + The Brain," custom table-top bookstand, and is priced at Dhs 20,120 ($5,500).
However, the even more expensive Rihanna: Ultra Luxury Supreme, featuring a “Stoner” custom marble pedestal has already sold out - only 10 were put into production and Cardi B is one of the owners of the Dhs 408,000 ($111,000) piece.
Thankfully, the regular book is priced at a much more affordable Dhs 550 ($150), so if you fancy it taking centre stage on your coffee table, you can pre-order it now at therihannabook.com.
