Billie Eilish and Lizzo owned the 2020 Grammys

They’ve become household names in the past 12 months so it should come as no surprised that both Lizzo and Billie Eilish swept the boards at last night’s Grammy Awards.

Taking place in Los Angeles, the awards, which are now in their 62nd year, saw the likes of the Jonas Brother, Priyanka Chopra, Ariana Grande, and Dua Lipa take to the red carpet.

But when it came to announcing the winners, Lizzo and Billie Eilish were most frequently called to the stage.

Singer Lizzo nabbed Pop Solo Performace for Truth Hurts, Traditional R&B Performance for Jerome, and Urban Contemporary Album for Cuz I Love You.

While 18-year-old Billie Eilish took home the award for Album of the Year and Pop Vocal Album for When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?, Record of the Year and Song of the Year for Bad Guy, and New Artist.
