Step this way for a twist on tradition this Ramadan

Ninive was inspired by the cultural and culinary diversity of the Arab region from its conception, so it comes as no surprise that its offering for Holy Month seeks to take us on a culinary journey throughout Ramadan. True to the cultural celebration of cuisines with roots in Gulf, Levant and North African traditions at the heart of Ninive, an elegant Iftar menu is served from 7pm to 9pm and costs Dhs250 per person including water and juices.

Ninive took its name – and its #interiorinspo for Holy Month – from the Hanging Gardens of Babylon

Guest can expect classics including Lentil Soup, Fattoush Salad, Chicken Tagine, Lamb Ouzi or Roasted Pumpkin finished off with Homemade Arabic Sweets. Meanwhile, an à la carte Suhoor starts from 9.30pm to 4am all of which you can enjoy with the soothing soundtrack of live oud perfomances in the chic surroundings of a hidden garden serving as a modern-day majlis. Children are welcome for Iftar, while Suhoor is for those 18 and over. Anyone for backgammon?
