If you thought the New Year’s Eve fireworks were the only thing to look forward to at the Burj Khalifa this month, you’d be wrong.
The iconic Emaar property and world’s tallest building is celebrating its 10th anniversary on 4 January. And in true Burj Khalifa style, the celebrations will feature three specially curated light shows at 7pm, 8pm and 9pm, all promising a dazzling night to visitors.
And if that’s not impressive enough, surprise gifts will be given to visitors at At the Top, the Burj Khalifa’s observation deck, and The Dubai Mall, and festivities will be held at the Dubai Fountain Boardwalk.
At 828 metres, the 200+ storey Burj Khalifa has 160 habitable levels. The tower was inaugurated on 4 January 2010, to coincide with the fourth anniversary of the accession day of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum as the ruler of Dubai.
