Brace yourselves, from 25 March 2020, Emirates has suspended its outbound passenger flights for the duration of two weeks as per the UAE government’s regulations.

Don’t reach for the phone just yet, this suspension does not include the following countries and territories such as the UK, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Japan, Singapore, Australia, South Africa, South Korea, USA, and Canada – until further notice.

If you’ve already booked that EK flight for your long-awaited getaway - prior to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, don’t fret. According to Emirates, no-show fees will not be charged during this period. This applies to all bookings made before the 31 March 2020.
