But One&Only Reethi Rah, the ultra-luxury, all-villa resort is offering travellers a different kind of experience with the launch of its Botanica by Brent Savage restaurant.
The outdoor space which has been modelled on a chef’s garden showcases garden-grown, fresh ingredients literally and figuratively – diners can taste Australian chef Brent’s locally sourced creations amid the fresh vegetables and herbs or surrounded by flowers in the Orchid House.
The menu itself is inspired by fresh-as-you-can-get ingredients, including sea succulents, rock lobster and finger lime, and everything is cooked on an open-air charcoal barbeque, to add to the back-to-nature feel.
