Far-East Feasting: Zheng He’s

The restaurant is a no-brainer for those seeking contemporary Chinese cuisine in a location with views for days (we’re looking at you – literally – Burj Al Arab).

In October Zheng He’s welcomed brand-new Head Chef Lai Min Wei (from the global Hakkasan franchise) so you should start expecting new signature dishes prepared with traditional techniques.

For Chinese New Year, the limited-edition five-course menu begins with a Chinese New Year dumpling before continuing with a traditional Cantonese salad featuring chilled salmon. Next is baby spinach soup with red grouper fillet and pan-fried Wagyu beef with mushrooms and black truffle sauce.

Now that the weather is divine, make sure you book an outside table and thank us later.
