Here's why we're joining the queue to eat at this meals-on-wheels concept

It's no longer enough for fast-food joints to serve calorie-laden goodness quickly. Now, they need to have a USP and an Instagrammable feed. So, that's probably why Buns of Steel keeps foodies coming back for more.

After being a hit in Sharjah earlier this year, the hilariously-named food truck is now parking its massive GMC wheels at the parking lot of Al Foah, Al Ain.

Once you've posed next to its edgy exterior, feel free to take in the menu, which offers mouthwatering signature dishes like juicy beef or chicken sliders,  rich coffee and personalised fries. Winning.

For the early birds, the breakfast menu - served from 5am to 11:30am - includes croissant sandwiches, bagels and egg muffins.

Owner Abdulla Al-Ketbi tells Grazia, “We are bringing soulful good vibes to Al Ain. With the growing popularity of food trucks, it was time for us to give Al Ain one to call their own – and it’s coming locked and loaded with a variety of meals to please everyone – residents, tourists and children alike."

The ‘meals on wheels’ concept was inspired by the owner’s dream to bring an adventurous street-food experience to the region. We think he's succeeded.
