DIFC hotspot, Gaia Dubai has branched out, due to popular demand and opened an outlet of the Mediterranean-Greek resto in Monte Carlo.
Born from Chef Izu Ani, the restaurant has become a hot favourite in the city with even Dubai's own royals, and now is likely to capture the attention of Europe.
It's the first expansion of the Gaia brand, and next stops are claimed to be London, Moscow and Miami.
Chef Izu says: “To create Gaia, we truly delved into the foundations of Greek culture, and explored the elements of their cuisine and their eating rituals. The most important parts are often the ones that you can’t see, like the roots of a tree or the submerged part of the ice-berg. Gaia stemmed from this philosophy, a venture born of depth, history and expertise.”
