Far-East Feasting: Hutong

The award-winning Chinese restaurant – already residing in New York, Miami and The Shard in London – opened in the city earlier this month.

Northern Chinese dishes are served in the elegant space, with intricate details including a hand-crafted sandstone wall, embodying the crossover between the Chinese and Islamic worlds of design. For the menu, think crispy soft-shelled crab with dried chilli, and halibut red star noodles, as well as new dishes created exclusively for the Dubai restaurant.

With its original location in Hong Kong being one of the first ever Chinese restaurants to be awarded a Michelin star, Hutong is simply not to be missed.
