How to best celebrate World Vegan Day

Incase you have been living under a rock, today is World Vegan Day. What does that mean, exactly? We're so glad you asked. It's an international event celebrated by vegans and recognising the positive power of a plant-based diet.

So, jump on the hype train and head down to cool cafe Ultra Brasserie, which is celebrating 1 November with a special menu and value deals. We're talking vegan only soups, fresh salads and dreamy desserts all through the day. The Ultra deli - in both Emaar Square Downtown and Marina Plaza locations - will also be serving  90 per cent vegan items, with an exception on sandwiches.

World Vegan Day is celebrated each year around the world to recognise how far the vegan movement has come, and highlight the accessibility and benefits a vegan lifestyle can bring about to encourage the vegan-curious to adopt veganism.

We're all for it.
