When you think of New York cuisine staples, it's not uncommon for luxury steakhouses and sidewalk hot dogs to spring to mind. But favourite local joint Tribeca in JBR has launched a new foodie concept - and a meat feast is definitely not on the menu.
Instead, they're introducing a 100 per cent vegan brunch from 7 September. Named Just Veg It, the concept has a large Latino influence, and some of the highlights from the menu include carrot tartare, a bean, carrot, and onion burger topped with tofu bacon, and vegan caramel and banana brownies. Sounds pretty delicious to us, tbh.
Revealing the news on Instagram, Tribeca captioned a snap: "Just Veg It will feature vegan dishes with a delectable range of Go Organic cocktails, glowing with ingredients like activated charcoal, agave and lemon."
The organic brunch will be available alongside Tribeca’s weekly Big Apple day brunch and its Marky Mark and the Funky Brunch evening brunch. It's priced at Dhs249 for soft drinks and Dhs349 for house drinks.
We'll save you a seat.
