Not content with the recent launch of its Wellness membership, freelance workspace and creative community Nasab Dubai is making sure we never leave thanks to a thoughtfully curated new menu at in-house It-eatery Lowe.
Warm wood interiors immediately create a sense of calm while a charcoal grill, rotisserie and wood-fired oven crackle at the beating heart of an open kitchen. Instagrammable and inventive breakfast options on the Good-Morning menu include: smashed avocado on toast with yuzukosho, grilled prawns and togaroshi; house-made merguez sausage with fried egg muffin, rocket and kimchi hot sauce; and Grazia's personal favourite, ful medames and molten cheddar toastie and ash gherkin - basically posh beans and cheese on toast - all from the culinary minds of Head Chef Jesse Blake and Food & Beverage Director Kate Christou spotlighting homegrown ingredients and sustainable produce.
Meanwhile all-day dining options feature locally sourced ingredients such as fired Omani prawns with Café de Paris crème fraiche and lemon; local clams with saffron, chickpeas, parsley and merguez sausage; and grilled market fish, fermented anchovy, pomelo and grilled scallion.
Leave room for the best dessert in Dubai - yep, we're calling it - namely pressed confit apple, barrel-aged pineapple, coconut, and brown butter which (and we hope the team at Lowe will forgive us for this description) is a deconstructed apple crumble which looks like it belongs in the Louvre Abu Dhabi and tastes like it belongs in a Michelin-starred restaurant.
And anywhere with a huge framed photo of Tupac on the wall is fine by us.
