In Dubai, the National Sterilisation Programme remains in force from 11pm to 6am, however there is one exception. In a recently released announcement from Dubai’s Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management sstated that groups of no more than five will now be permitted to engage in outdoor activities while complying with social distancing rules after the Fajr prayer, around 4.30am.
According to the Dubai Media Office, "All members of public allowed to exercise outdoors from after Fajr prayer (around 4.30am) while fully adhering to precautionary measures and avoiding gatherings of more than five people."
