The world's first female-only trampoline park is bouncing into Saudi

Question, what’s better exercise than running and one thousand times more fun? The answer is trampolining. Amazing.

Bounce, the much-loved trampoline park in Al Quoz, has announced they are opening an all-female park in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The venue will boast over 80 interconnected trampolines, a dodgeball arena, slam dunk, inflatable airbag and an adventure challenge course. Keeping up?!

“Since the opening of our first park in Saudi, in Jeddah, last year, thousands of families in the city are enjoying this new way to stay active whist having fun,” Mashael Attieh, managing partner of BOUNCE, tells Grazia. “With the new opening of Bounce in Riyadh, we are looking forward to providing ladies of all ages and abilities with one of the newest and most popular entertainment options in the market, as well as a training ground for aerial sports.”

The park will be located on main East/West Road in Riyadh. However if, like us, you’re already itching to get bouncing their current trampoline parks, you'll find them across the Middle East in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Jeddah.

And we leave you with this: 10 minutes on a trampoline burns the same number of calories as 30 minutes of running. We're officially turning off the treadmill.
