The UAE declares a 4-day holiday to celebrate Eid al-Adha

The International Astronomical Centre declared that the crescent moon which marks the month of Hajj was spotted on Tuesday. The centre spotted the crescent and tweeted an image over Jebel Hafeet in Al Ain.

The official announcement from the UAE's Federal Authorities states a four day holiday for both private and public sectors starting from 30 July up to 2 August.
