Environmental activist Greta Thunberg is getting her own documentary
@gretathunberg

Just over a year ago, Swedish teenager Greta Thunberg was a lone eco-warrior fighting for action against the climate crisis and now she’s become one of the most recognised faces in the world – and she’ll soon be joining you in your living room.

While it doesn’t have an official name yet, BBC Studios’ Science Unit will be creating a docuseries that will follow Greta as she investigates climate change with world-renowned scientists, travels the world to speak to world leaders and generally saves the planet – all while transitioning into adulthood.

Hopefully we’ll also get an insight into what it’s like to be a two-time Nobel Peace Prize nominee that’s best pals with Leonardo DiCaprio and has an ongoing twitter feud with the President of the United States (which she’s winning, by the way).

The docuseries will also help Greta’s voice reach an even wider audience and hopefully will inspire more individuals to take action in whatever way they can.
