Whatever you think about Meghan and Harry’s decision to officially depart from the British royal family, one thing is guaranteed – the Sussexes won’t be out of a job for too long.
And it looks like Meghan has scored her first gig in the form of a voiceover for Disney.
According to The Times in London, the former Suits actress has signed a deal to do a voiceover in exchange for a contribution to Elephants Without Borders, a charity that supports wildlife conservation in Botswana.
But this isn’t the first time the couple have worked with the entertainment giant – in July, both Harry and Meghan attended the premier of The Lion King, which partnered with African Parks, an organisation Prince Harry supports.
The couple have made no secret of their desire to focus their attention on doing more charity work in the future, and in their official statement revealing details of their stepping down as senior members of the royal family, shared that they are hoping “to focus on the next chapter, including the launch of our new charitable entity.”
Onwards and upwards!
