Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry have found themselves on the receiving end of intense media scrutiny in the last year, and if there is one person who understands their struggle, it’s Kim Kardashian.
When asked in an interview by Australia's The Sunday Project about her thoughts on the royal couple’s fight for privacy Kim commented, “I can definitely empathise with their need for having a secure, safe place and taking time for themselves and having privacy when they need it. I don’t think anyone can really understand what that’s like except for them. But I think as I’m older and as I have kids, what I would want for them is just the safest place”.
And Kim isn't the only celebrity defending Meghan. In her latest interview with BBC Radio 5, Hillary Clinton also offered some words of support and encouragement.
"I want to tell her to hang in there. Don't let the bad guys get you down," she said.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be taking a six week break from their royal duties for some much-needed family time over the festive season.
Reports claim the couple won’t be spending Christmas with Queen Elizabeth and the royal family at Sandringham, and instead will be spending the holiday with Meghan’s mother Doria Ragland, and we also hope they'll be able to enjoy Archie's first Christmas away from the glare of the spotlight.
