It’s not often we have true, boundary-breaking pioneer our midst, let alone on desk at Grazia Middle East. But that’s exactly what happened when we invited Raha Moharrak, the youngest Arab and first Saudi woman to climb Mount Everest and all seven summits, to guest edit Grazia Middle East’s Saudi special to celebrate this startling era of growth and reform in KSA.
Raha reveals, “Not everyone knows this about me but I’m severely dyslexic. Growing up I was always shy about anything to do with writing. I could never have imagined that one day I would be Guest Editor of Grazia Middle East and get to shape one of the most prestigious magazines in the region.”
She continues, “It was such an honour to be the voice of a generation for the issue. I’m grateful for the support from their amazing team, I’m so proud the dynamic, heartfelt issue we put together and I can’t wait for the next chapter in this incredible journey.”
