When travel influencers Jack Morris and Lauren Bullen met in Fiji four years ago and started dating shortly after, their online following soared.
And all that influencing has paid off as the couple have been able to build their dream house in Bali from scratch, thanks to lucrative #sponcon deals on their respective pages.
Every detail of Jack and Lauren’s Balinese retreat has been devised with taking pictures in mind, and the result is an abode worth of daily photo shoots and thousands of likes.
Speaking to The Cut, Jack, a former carpet cleaner from the UK shared that they were conscious of making the house “photogenic” and choice features that they knew would appeal like a sunken seating area inspired by Mandala House in Bali, and pretty Moroccan bathroom tiles.
Lauren, a former dental assistant from Australia, added that when she was picking out interiors for house, she thought about what kind of shoot locations she might need.
“I was very specific about making sure our house photographed well. If I’m doing a story job in the bathroom, talking about teeth whitening or something, I want the background to look good. I want pretty lighting, beautiful furniture, and a nice bench where I can photograph products,” she explained.
And as you can see, they nailed it.
