Kylie Jenner has announced a beauty collab with Balmain but won't make it to the launch on Friday

The youngest self-made billionaire surprised her fans by announcing a collaboration happening with Balmain, which is set to highlight in Paris as a part of Balmain's Spring/Summer 2020 show, and will serve as the artistic director for it.

Kylie announced on her Instagram account that the Kylie Cosmetics collection will not only be used backstage at the show on the runaway models, but is also set to drop this Friday.

In terms of the packaging, Parisian street-art print and pastel tones feature the inpirations of Balmain's Fall/Winter 2019 runway.

“I’ve always been a huge fan of Olivier’s work for Balmain. His designs are so unique and whenever I wear one of his pieces, I feel confident and beautiful, and that’s how I’ve always wanted my fans to feel when they wear Kylie Cosmetics,” says Jenner.

Unfortunately for the makeup mogul, Kylie took to social media that she was going to miss the Kylie Cosmetics x Balmain Launch in Paris this Friday because she felt too ill to attend and was hospitalised for "flu-like" symptoms, however still showed her support on Twitter.
