L'oréal finally revealed its collection created with the late Karl Lagerfeld

Karl Lagerfeld’s death sent the fashion world into mourning and tributes were pouring in following his passing, but the visionary designer won’t be forgotten as his legacy lives on through a make-up collaboration with L’oréal. We let you in on the secret back in July, and the products have just been unveiled.

A combination of classic French-girl beauty and rock-chick grunge, the line features a smokey eyeshadow palette, shimmering highlighters, jet-black mascara, a liquid eyeliner and six lipsticks covering all technicoloured bases.

This collection, finalised by his team after his death, is Karl’s way of entering a market that he viewed as less exclusive than fashion, making his creations accessible for all make-up lovers.

The products don’t hit stores until 2020 but stay tuned – we’re sure there’ll be more exciting updates before then.
