The great Charlotte Tilbury takeover: The iconic beauty brand is up for sale for over Dhs4.5 billion
Charlotte Tilbury is considering offers for her billion-dirham beauty brand

Charlotte Tilbury brand is officially up for grabs for over Dhs4.5 billion. Unilever, L’Oreal, Estee Lauder, Puig, Shiseido and several private equity firms are reportedly vying to buy the Charlotte Tilbury brand. It is said that she could be in line for personal payout of over Dhs2.2 billion amid the global pandemic, where the current financial recession known as The Great Lockdown, is seemingly the worst economic downturn since The Great Depression in the late '20s.

A final decision on which conglomerate or private firm will acquire the Charlotte Tilbury brand has not been confirmed. Charlotte is working closely with advisers and Goldman Sachs Group and Jefferies Financial Group prior to finalising and announcing her official buyer.

Shall we all club together, Grazia girls?
