These Dubai salons are now booking priority appointments for post-lockdown beauty emergencies

Raise your unmanicured hand if you're more excited about booking a bikini wax than being reuinited with your girl squad? When the wait is over, the pandemic has passed, and we've flattened the curve and protected our healthcare professionals by staying home, for those of us in need of a post-quarantine touch-up, Grazia has good news. The following salons have opened their books for priority appointments as soon as they get the government go-head to open their doors again. Here's how to get on the most-coveted guest lists in town.

NBar
NBar is offering eight pre-paid, pre-opening packages ahead of reopening. These include: a buy five get two free offer on an Essential Mani + Pedi for Dhs925, a saving of Dhs370; a buy five get two free offer on Waxing Services; and an Essential Mani + Pedi + Brazilian Hollywood + Underarm Wax for Dhs320. Pastels
Pastels has tentatively started taking bookings at their salons at Ritz-Carlon JBR, Jumeirah and Mercato Mall for the week commencing Sunday19 April - the end of the initial two-week 24-lockdown. In the event of the lockdown being extended, all those appointments will be shifted to the new opening date, as per goverment sanctions.

LaLoge is Ivanka Trump's go-to for glamour in the UAE

The luxury salon chain that Ivanka Trump has on speed dial is pre-booking appointments from Sunday 19 April at its branches in Address Montgomerie, Address Boulevard, Address Sky View, Mandarin Oriental Jumeira and Caesars Palace Bluewaters. As a welcome-back treat, those booking hair colouring services will get a free conditioning treatment, and a​LaLoge Beauty Facial is Dhs550, reduced from Dhs800. All appointments will carry forward each day until the government’s isolation regulations are lifted.

With branches at Rixos Hotel JBR, Yin Yang Sadaf 3 JBR, Ocean View Hotel JBR, The Salon on the Palm and Al Wasl Jumeirah, The Salon offers balayage and highlights with a free cut-and-blowdry for Dhs750, nail extensions from Dhs275, gel manis and pedis from Dhs199, and lash extensions at Dhs299 and is now pre-booking appointments, which will rollover if the lockdown is extended.
