A Burberry greenhouse has just sprouted up in the middle of DIFC...

Last night, while most of us were already face-deep in our sheet masks, Burberry was celebrating the opening of The Burberry Conservatory at The Farjam Foundation, where its latest collection was unveiled to Dubai’s coolest residents – including Parvanné Barret, Leena Al Ghouti and Wathek Allal, with our very own Grazia Girl Gang member Miss Meg on the decks. Burberry kept things quintessentially British by displaying its latest wares in a traditional greenhouse – though don’t expect this one to look like your nan's.

The launch event showcased The Belt Bag, which is the newest addition to the Burberry collection, and FYI, our newest obsession to boot. Inspired by Burberry’s classic trench, the bag has been reintroduced in canvas and a range of new colours, which gives us the perfect excuse to have one for every outfit.

The summer collection’s ready-to-wear pieces put an edgy twist on iconic British classics like the beloved trench by disrupting the traditional design with defaced checks and bright colours all over its dresses, coats and shirts.

While The Burberry Conservatory will only be open to the public until the 10th of May, the new collection will be available in the 19 – yes, we said 19 – stores across the Middle East. Oh, and they’re opening another in The Dubai Mall this summer. One more for luck?

Admission is free, and it’s open from 10am – 6pm. Head down to The Farjam Foundation, DIFC Gate Village 4 to check it out (sorry).
