Colour blocking is nothing new but Beyoncé’s fresh new take comes courtesy of Lebanese label Jeux de Mains.
The singer took to Instagram to stage a mini photoshoot wearing a head-to-toe look by the designer, comprised of a pant suit and matching gloves in an abstract, Pucci-meets-Matisse inspired print.
The brainchild of Beirut-native Salim Cherfane, Jeux de Mains is named after a children’s clapping game, and gloves feature heavily in each collection.
Bold colours and vibrant patterns are also part of the Jeux de Mains aesthetic, and Cherfane explains on his label’s website that “design makes him happy and he would like to pay that forward by creating pieces that make people shine.”
We think you’ll agree, Beyoncé pretty much nailed the brief.
