Grazia took the spirit of Galantine’s Day across the region with two glamorous gatherings honouring self-love and female solidarity, with Victoria’s Secret. Editor in Chief Alison Tay started proceedings with an intimate breakfast at The Avenues in Kuwait with a rundown of Victoria’s Secret top-10 gifting ideas, from playful pyjamas to retro baby-doll dresses. There was also an introduction to London-based label Bluebella, an award-winning brand that celebrates independence, inclusivity, modernity – all the things Grazia girls hold near and dear to our hearts – with a mission to redefine sensuality. The festivities continued at Mall of the Emirates in Dubai with the introduction of Los Angeles-based brand For Love & Lemons, which has joined forces with Victoria’s Secret on a cool-girl capsule collection. Founded by best friends Laura Hall and Gillian Rose Kern, and named in honour of the lemonade stand they first opened together in Wyoming when they were 11, For Love & Lemons has been serving confidence, femininity and individuality for the woman unafraid to take risks, forge her own way and embrace a bit of adventure. Exactly the kind of message we love here at Grazia. Meanwhile, expert bra fitters were standing by, and Charlotte Tilbury make-up artists were on hand for on-the-spot glow-ups to get our guests ready to face the day ahead.
