The collaboration is said to be one of the final projects of the late designer and includes a knit kit where you can create your own personalized Lagerfeld designs comprising of a pullover, headband, cap or scarf.

But here's the catch- money can't buy you this kit. The process of owning one of the 777 boxes involves a mini-contest that includes a scavenger hunt which will run until 7 March, where you search for clues by keeping a close eye out on Karl Lagerfeld and The Woolmark company’s socials and official website. To win your very own box once the exclusive code has been discovered it must be entered at knitkarl.com .

The Woolmark Company’s Managing Director, Stuart McCullough say’s “Our relationship with the late Karl Lagerfeld dates back to 1954, when a young, emerging designer presented a daffodil yellow wool coat to a prestigious judging panel which included Christian Dior and Hubert de Givenchy. It is emotional that Karl Lagerfeld’s first major accomplishment was with wool, as was one of his last projects. The Knit Karl box gives each owner a unique experience that combines the pride of wearing a high-fashion designer piece with the satisfaction of having created it themselves.”
