Paris Couture Week goes digital
The Dior Haute Couture SS19 was reprised in Dubai

The Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode has followed in the footsteps of the British Fashion Council by anouncing that instead of taking place in the leafy boulevards of Paris, the AW20-21 Haute Couture collections will be presented on a dedicated digital platform.

Paris Couture Week online will take place from 6 to 8 July 2020 with each couture house streaming a creative film or video. According to the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode, "the principle of the official calendar is maintained" and has hinted that additional content - perhaps taking the form of panel discussions or podcasts - will also be available.

This game-changing news follows the announcement by the Arab Fashion Council that the 11th edition of Arab Fashion Week will take place virtually from 24 to 26 June 2020.

Shows and panel discussions will stream live on arabfashionweek.org. See you on the virtual FROW!
