Pyer Moss had already been hailed as the future of fashion by Grazia Middle East. Since its inception in 2013, the label took a stance on contentious issues, narrating social commentary, activism and dialogues, with fashion shows often exploring the American suburban space. So, it's no surprise that Creative Director, Kerby Jean-Raymond has changed the game again.
The feature-length documentrary is about the two years in the making of Pyer Moss' Spring/Summer 2020 show. As for the collection, the label will drop new items at the drive-in premiere, but not release a full collection. Talk about inclusivity, the premiere will take place in multiple cities.
This is a very exciting time as brands manoeuvre social distancing to find alternative ways and possibilites to bring collections back to life, and as a result, will radically change the whole fashion system.
