Introducing - drum roll please - Aldo's first-ever sustainable shoe! The slip-on sneakers are versatile so you can throw them on whether you're in the office or going for an evening jog (to your fave coffee shop down the road). Made from lake algae biomass, Aldo has turned hazardous algae overgrowth into a renewable source. How clever. The sneakers aren't only made with that carbon-neutral material, though. The over-achievers at Aldo have also created the knit from recycled plastic bottles. All in all, the RPPL collection will keep 46 tonnes of carbon dioxide out of our atmosphere. Even the box is made of 100 per cent recycled materials. Phew!
