Tennis star Serena Williams is acing the fine jewellery game

If you’re a tennis fan you’ll know that Serena Williams always brings her accessory A-game to the court, and doesn’t let winning grand slams get in the way of wearing stonking statement jewellery pieces with her tennis whites.

So it should come as no surprise that the mother-of-one has created her own fine jewellery line.

The 70-piece range created with with US-based jewellery Fred Meyer, features lots of stars and love hearts, but it also contains lots of motivational “message” necklaces featuring words like ‘great’, ‘winner’, ‘inspire’, ‘queen’, and ‘lucky’ that are undoubtedly part of Serena's vernacular when it comes to getting her game face on.

Only ethically-sourced diamonds and precious metals have been used throughout the collection, but that doesn’t mean you have to earn a tennis star’s salary to afford them - with prices starting at Dhs1098, it’s affordable to boot.

“This collection is a beautiful celebration of the strong women in my life and around the world. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to bring a little sparkle and joy to special moments,” the champ writes on her site.

Shine on Serena, shine on.
